  • Paid up orders can't be cancelled.
  • Goods, once arrived in your country, must be claimed either via delivery or pickup within 72 hours.

 

  • We reserve the right to auction off unclaimed items.
  • Prices subject to change without any notice.

 

  • Delays will happen that are beyond our control due to various reasons in the country of export and/or imports ranging from acts of God, sickness and famine, political upheaval, natural calamities, customs clearance delay, out of stock and delays on seller shipping to our fulfillment center to parcel damage. We will always endeavor, at our discretion, to keep you updated in such situations and deliver the goods as soon as reasonably possible. Force Majeure does apply.
  • Packages that are detained by customs may take up to 12 months to clear.

 

  • We reserve the right to amend and/or cancel any order based on stock unavailability, goods damage in transit, non-claiming of goods within 72 hours and/or nonpayment for goods.
  • We reserve the right at our discretion to use your order for the purposes of promotion, advertising, demonstration or review prior to releasing for delivery or collection.

 

  • We will not guarantee availability for on sale, promotions and special offer items at the time of purchase, if an item becomes unavailable or is sold out due to popular demand, we will place the item on back order or offer an exchange for another item. Cash refunds will not be issued under any circumstances, if refunds are given, they will only be issued as in-store credit valid for a period of 365 days from date of issue.
  • You agree that you will not disparage and defame or encourage others to disparage and defame the company. For purposes of this agreement, the term disparage includes without limitation comments or statements made in any matter or medium in the press and/or the media about the company which would adversely affect any manner of the conduct of the business of the company, without limitations to the company's business plans or prospects or the business reputation of the company. Failure to comply will result in litigation with all costs to be borne by you.

 

  • You agree not to disparage, defame or denigrate the company orally or in writing, and that neither you nor anyone acting on your behalf will publish, post, or otherwise release any material in written or electronic format, make speeches, gain interviews, or make public statements that mentioned the company, its operations, clients, employees, products, or services in any form whatsoever. Failure to comply will result in litigation with all costs to be borne by you.
